WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CORPORATE EVENT CLIENT + PRIVATE PARTY CLIENT?
Our corporate clients act on behalf a corporation and engage our services on behalf of the company. All other clients beyond this category fall within our private events class.
CAN I GET A CONSULTATION? WHAT DOES IT COST?
Of course! We’d never dream of trying to plan your event without making sure we know just want you’re looking for and how to proceed. There is a $250 consultation fee that will be waived if you decided to move ahead with the event.
We recommend a consultation to ensure that we’re the right fit. We are very flexible and here to meet your needs, so we are confident we will find a positive way to work together.
DO YOU ENGAGE INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS?
All of the time! Outside of our home base of Bermuda, we are available to work in North America and Europe!
WHAT IS THE PRICING FOR PLANNING + DESIGN WORK?
Pricing for planning services varies due to size, details and location of the event. All planning fees are quoted as flat fee and will never increase or decrease based on how much or little we are utilized.
There are two elements – the price for planning + design which is a flat fee, and then there is the price for venue, decor, catering which depends on the vision you have to create and your overall budget.
WHAT DESIGNS WILL EETTAFEL USE?
Every EETTAFEL event is custom produced and created; therefore, design prices range depending on the client’s vision and overall style. We pride ourselves on events that have luxury elements that ‘wow’ guests with their exclusivity, artistry, and beauty.
ARE THERE SPECIFIC VENDORS YOU LIKE TO USE? WHAT IS YOUR PROCESS FOR SELECTING AND HIRING THEM?
Absolutely, we will only use vendors that supply excellent quality, understand we are a “Luxury” brand so we only work with vendors that are prepared to go the extra mile with the same passion and energy that we have.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK YOUR SERVICES?
We limit how many corporate events we book each year so we recommend booking as soon as possible.
