CAN I FINISH MY LUXURY PICNIC EARLY?

Sure! We only ask that you arrange this with your picnic attendant on the day or give us a call, this way we can ensure the picnic site is not left unattended!

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We would love to host you and your friends! However, should you wish to cancel, please note any bookings cancelled beyond eight days from the event date will receive a refund of 50% of the total invoice amount.

Additionally, all bookings cancelled within the seven days leading up to the event date will receive not receive a refund and will be charged the full invoice amount.

ARE LUXURY PICNICS AVAILABLE VIA BOAT?

Absolutely! Please visit our friends over at Sail Bermuda https://www.sailbermuda.com to experience a beautiful day on the water with our great tasting food. Or, provide us with details relating to your own personal craft and we’ll take care of the rest.

WHERE CAN I HAVE MY LUXURY PICNIC?

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SELECT AN A LA CARTE MENU FOR EACH GUEST?

Unfortunately, we do not provide an a la carte service. Our service currently provides a family style meal so that you can casually enjoy your meal on the beach or in a park!

WHAT IS THE DURATION OF A LUXURY PICNIC?

Each picnic is available for 2.5 hours – should you wish to extend your picnic, we are happy to do so, for a small additional fee.

HOW MANY DAYS IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY LUXURY PICNIC?

Now! Our schedule fills up fast and is first-come, first serve. Also noting weekends and holidays being optimal for luxury picnics, we often book up months in advance.

We would hate for you to miss out.

DO YOU SERVE ALCOHOL?

Not yet – however, we are happy for you to BYOB! We are also happy to arrange a complimentary wine tasting by our friends over at Bermuda Wine Concierge.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

We wish we could control the weather for your special day! However, in the event of inclement weather, we are happy to relocate your picnic to an indoor or sheltered location of your choice.

WHAT IF I SPILL OR BREAK SOMETHING DURING MY LUXURY PICNIC?

Please inform your host at the end of your picnic if there have been any major spills or accidents! We want all of our friends to enjoy the same luxurious experience and thus, any damaged items must be paid for. In the event of stolen or damages to our picnic assets we will retain your security deposit and/or seek to settle the outstanding balance owed.
